Job summary

Resthaven Community Services is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join the team at the new Marion Wellness Centre in Adelaide. This permanent full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to older adults in a community setting.

As part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will contribute to person-centred care, participate in regular team meetings, and support clients through evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
• Understanding of ageing and ability to relate to older people.
• Knowledge of quality accreditation systems and their application in the workplace.
• Knowledge of the range and type of services available for older people.
• Knowledge of and commitment to Work Health and Safety legislation.
• Valid Drivers' licence.

Responsibilities

• Work as a professional member of a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team and participate in team meetings.
• Embed a goal orientated, person centred approach to care planning and service delivery.
• Provide physiotherapy services to individual clients and/or groups.
