Job summary

BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Central West team servicing Cowra, Young, Canowindra and surrounds. You will deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to support independence and home-based care for older Australians.

You will work within a supportive, Well-Living culture, collaborating with health professionals to provide compassionate, client-centered care that helps clients stay living at home and maintain mobility and confidence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualized programs for aged care clients in the community.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
• Understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
• Confident working independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Central West - Cowra, Young, Canowindra and surrounds. You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

About You
