BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Central West/Orange and surrounds. You will deliver assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care to help older Australians remain independent at home.

You will join an established, supportive health team guided by our Well-Living® approach, empowering clients to live their best lives at home.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation or community settings.
• Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community.
• Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
• Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer literacy.
• Alignment with BaptistCare’s values and mission.
• Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Unrestricted driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
