Job summary

Healthcarelink Support is seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to support aged care services in Western Sydney. The role offers full-time, part-time, locum and casual opportunities with pay commensurate with experience.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, participate in AN-ACC implementation, run group exercise and falls prevention programs, and contribute to chronic pain management and rehabilitation plans. AHPRA registration and a police check are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physiotherapist with General registration in Australia.
• Bachelor’s degree of Physiotherapy.
• New graduates with Clinical placements experience are welcome.
• Possess General registration with AHPRA and a valid Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments under ANACC.
• Learn and implement AN-ACC aged care funding model.
• Oversee and run group exercise sessions and falls prevention classes with physiotherapy aides.
• Deliver Chronic Pain Management Program.
• Implement and upgrade rehabilitation exercise programs.
• Coordinate with a broader team of allied health professionals and medical practitioners.
• Deliver manual handling training competencies.
