Healthcarelink Support is seeking a Physiotherapist – Aged Care for a part-time role (3 days) in Bankstown Sydney, NSW. You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to older adults in residential or community aged-care settings.

The role focuses on maintaining and improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence, with a supportive environment led by senior clinicians; ideally 2+ years in aged care and current AHPRA registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and current General AHPRA registration
• Minimum 2+ years preferred; new graduates welcome if passionate about aged care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; interest in elderly wellbeing

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement physiotherapy programs for older adults in residential/community aged-care
• Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy and podiatry teams
• Monitor client progress and adapt interventions accordingly
• Promote best-practice aged-care therapy and support accreditation requirements
• Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions
