Job summary

Brightwater Care Group Ltd. seeks a Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Capacity Building Program. This permanent part-time role (2 days/week) supports people living with disability to build skills and independence in home and community settings, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

The role targets person-centred practice, clinical excellence, and meaningful outcomes in neuro-focused care. AHPRA registration and NDIA processes knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Experience in disability, community or hospital rehabilitation settings is highly regarded.
• Experience with complex caseloads and delivering person-centred therapy.
• Knowledge of NDIS processes, capacity building supports and functional assessments or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Passion for empowering people living with disability to achieve their goals.
• A valid NDIS Clearance.
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months.
• A current WA driver's licence.

The Opportunity

As a Physiotherapist within our Capacity Building Program, you'll play a role in supporting people living with disability to build skills, increase independence, and achieve meaningful outcomes in their homes and communities.

This is an opportunity for a suitably qualified Physio who is passionate about person-centred practice, clinical excellence, and delivering life-changing support for clients within the neuro space.

This role is being recruited on a permanent part-time basis working 2 days per week/ 30 hours per fortnight with flexibility in choosing working days/ hours and the opportunity to work hybrid between home and our clients in the community.

What you'll bring
