uWorkin is looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join their team in Townsville, Queensland. Your role involves working two days at an Aged Care Facility in Ingham and one day with community clients in Townsville, with opportunities for growth into full-time work.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing own caseload and report writing for different funding streams (NDIS, Support at Home, etc.)
• Experience working in an Aged Care Facility.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Current CPR, Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and AFP Police Name Check.
• Valid Driver's License and can provide own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Work 2 days at an Aged Care Facility in Ingham and 1 day with community clients in Townsville.
• Complete referrals, care plan, and falls reviews at the facility.
• Manage a caseload primarily comprised of Support at Home clients.

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team!

Your role will involve working 2 days at an Aged Care Facility located in Ingham and 1 day of community clients in Townsville (with the potential for more as we grow).

Your role in Ingham will involve completing referrals, care plan and falls reviews, as well as other facility-based tasks. You will receive paid travel time and be provided a fuel card to cover travel expenses.

Your community caseload in Townsville will mostly comprise of Support at Home clients and there is a great opportunity for growth to transition to a full time role.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with managing own caseload and report writing for different funding streams (NDIS, Support at Home etc.)

• Experience working in an Aged Care Facility

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
