Job summary

Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver evidence-based therapy programs in Residential Aged Care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimise resident mobility and function. You will contribute to care plan reviews and provide tailored one-to-one interventions, with opportunities to lead group-based active ageing activities.

• Registered Allied Health Professional with General AHPRA registration.
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs for residents, including mobility and functional programs.
• Conduct care plan reviews and monitor progress.
• Provide one-to-one interventions and group-based active ageing services.

Our multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, and Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) is passionate about improving client outcomes.

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.
