Job summary

Plena Healthcare is seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to work in Residential Aged Care, delivering personalised, evidence-based therapy programs within a multidisciplinary team. You will focus on mobility, functional improvement, and wellbeing, with care plan reviews and one-to-one or group sessions as needed.

The role welcomes clinicians from early to experienced stages, with Mandarin or Cantonese language skills desirable.

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.

About you:

You are a passionate Physiotherapist with strong clinical and interpersonal skills, a person-centred approach and the ability to apply clinical reasoning to support residents to achieve their mobility, functional and wellbeing goals. You build trusted relationships with residents, families, facility staff and colleagues, and are confident working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. You understand the important role you play as a key representative of Plena Healthcare within residential aged care and the wider community. Mandarin or Cantonese language skills highly desirable.

To be considered, you will hold:

• General AHPRA registration
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
• Full Australian working rights
