Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join its Home Care team across Central Coast areas. You will deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to older adults funded under aged care programs, emphasizing reablement and restorative care to help clients maintain independence at home.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
• Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Central Coast - Gosford, The Entrance, Wyong and surrounds. You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.
