Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Southwest Sydney team (Macarthur, Campbelltown, Camden and surrounds). You will deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to older clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care.

Qualifications

• Physiotherapy degree with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience assessing community aged care clients and developing individualised programmes.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
• Knowledge of reablement and restorative care models.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Alignment with BaptistCare’s values and mission.
• Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Southwest Sydney - Macarthur, Campbelltown, Camden and surrounds You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

About You

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
• Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings
• Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
• Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated computer literacy

• Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
