Job summary

Cooroy Physio & Wellness Clinic in Cooroy, QLD, is seeking a Physiotherapist to join as a flexible contractor. You’ll build your own caseload, work autonomously, and benefit from a supportive private-practice environment with modern facilities.

The clinic offers clinical Pilates, reformer Pilates, exercise rehabilitation, and a strong local referral network, plus administrative support, online bookings, and a high-commission structure designed to reward autonomy and patient-centred care.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registered (or eligible for registration).
• Evidence-based, patient-centred care.
• Confident in building strong therapeutic relationships.
• Interest in musculoskeletal, sports and/or rehabilitation physiotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own caseload within a private practice setting.
• Deliver hands-on treatment complemented by exercise-based rehabilitation.
• Utilise clinic gym, reformer Pilates and rehabilitation equipment.
• Provide clinical autonomy while collaborating with the clinic team.

About You

We are looking for a Physiotherapist who is:

AHPRA registered (or eligible for registration)

Passionate about delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care

Confident in building strong therapeutic relationships

Self-motivated, reliable and professional

Interested in musculoskeletal, sports and/or rehabilitation physiotherapy

Comfortable working autonomously

Keen to develop and grow their own caseload

Interested in exercise prescription and rehabilitation

Looking for a positive, supportive and flexible practice environment

Interest in manual therapy

If you're a physiotherapist who is passionate about Clinical Pilates, Women's Health, Exercise Rehabilitation or Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, we'd love to hear from you.

Experienced physiotherapists are encouraged to apply, although we are also open to the right clinician who is earlier in their career and keen to develop within private practice.
