Job summary

Wellness Embodied in Cairns is seeking an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join our award-winning multidisciplinary team across two Cairns clinics. This role focuses on musculoskeletal assessment, treatment and rehabilitation, with priority given to clinicians who want to develop advanced skills in areas like lymphoedema management, vestibular rehab, concussion assessment, and running rehab.

Base salary from $85,000 ( + super + commission bonuses)- all of our full time clinicians earn $120,000- $140,000 as their total package).

We are looking for a motivated physiotherapist to join our award-winning multidisciplinary team across our two Cairns clinics.

This is primarily an MSK position. Our broader caseload includes some NDIS, aged care, WorkCover and CTP clients, but priority will be given to physiotherapists who have, or want to develop, strong musculoskeletal assessment, treatment and rehabilitation skills.

Experienced physiotherapists and motivated new graduates are both welcome to apply. Your attitude, coachability, clinical curiosity and willingness to take ownership matter enormously to us.

We would particularly love to hear from clinicians who already have experience in:

• Lymphoedema management

• Vestibular rehabilitation

• Concussion assessment and rehabilitation

• Running assessment and rehabilitation

The Role

You will manage a varied musculoskeletal caseload while working alongside physiotherapists, osteopaths, occupational therapists, massage therapists and an experienced administration team.

We are not looking for clinicians who routinely discharge clients as soon as their symptoms settle. We want physiotherapists who can understand what matters to each person, establish meaningful goals and guide clients through the full rehabilitation journey when clinically appropriate.
