Job summary

Yandina Chiropractic on the Sunshine Coast is looking for an experienced physiotherapist to join our team as an independent contractor. You will run your own caseload with clinical autonomy, while we provide full admin support and a welcoming, patient-focused practice environment.

You will work under a services and facilities agreement, keeping a percentage of your billings. You’ll see musculoskeletal and spinal patients, both private and health fund, with strong emphasis on outcomes and

Yandina Chiropractic and Physiotherapy is looking for an experienced, motivated and all round, exceptional physiotherapist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your own caseload with the support of an established clinic- without the costs and pressures of running your own premises.

You will work alongside a chiropractor and a warm and patient focused team. We genuinely love what we do. We already have enquires coming in so we are excited to welcome a new physiotherapist to our team.

About the role

You run your own physiotherapy business from our rooms under a services and facilities agreement. You keep a percentage of your billings, and we handle the rest so you can focus on treating patients.

About you

• You are a confident, caring physiotherapist who enjoys building genuine relationships with patients. You are comfortable managing musculoskeletal presentation independently and are keen to grow a long-term, sustainable caseload.
• Qualified physiotherapist with AHPRA
• Have experience treating musculoskeletal patients independently
• Strong clinical reasoning and rehabilitation planning skills
• Excellent clinical notes and documentation standards
• Professional, proactive and personable approach
• A genuine interest in patient outcomes, retention and continuity of care

What you'll need

• Your own ABN and GST registration, or willingness to obtain them
• Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
• a current Working With Children Check (Blue Card), or willingness to obtain one
• Willingness to work under a service and facilities agreement as an independent contractor
• Earn a percentage of your billings, with strong earning potential as your book grows
• Set your own days within the practice diary
• Full reception, booking and billing support handled for you
