Life Physio + Rehab in Caloundra is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to advance their career within a supportive team. You’ll manage client care, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans and deliver hands-on therapy, with ongoing professional development and supervision.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our thriving clinic on a part-time basis. This role will involve an expected workload of 14-21 hrs spread across 2-3 days per week. An exciting opportunity to move to a full-time position is also available for the right candidate!

You’ll manage a loyal client base, work collaboratively with other health professionals, and participate in ongoing professional development to sharpen your clinical skills.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised treatment plans.
• Implementing evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education.
• Collaborating with clients to achieve their health and wellness goals.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Delivering hands-on therapy and supervising exercise programs tailored to client needs.
• Participating in continuous professional development and contributing to clinic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, driven in their pursuit of ongoing learning and professional development, and consistently strives to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.

Along with a passion for helping others, the successful candidate will have/be:

• A Physiotherapy degree with full AHPRA registration.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience.
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain).
• Skilled in clinical reasoning and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered care.
• Eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
