Silverchain is seeking experienced Physiotherapists to join our multidisciplinary care team in Western Australia, promoting autonomy, innovation and work-life balance.

You will work alongside occupational therapists, nursing, podiatry and therapy assistants to create and oversee reablement programmes that help clients re-engage with their community and achieve personal goals.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant qualification in allied health profession with demonstrated experience in the field of expertise.
• Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate treatment and assessment methods.
• Strong communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to educate and coach direct care employees, clients and carers.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets and calendar software.
• Empathetic and flexible approach to coordinate resources.
• Understand service provision, allocation and contractual obligations.
• Experience in community or residential aged care environment.
• Senior First Aid certificate is desirable.

Due to growth, we are seeking experienced Physiotherapists to join our passionate and collaborative team that promotes autonomy, innovation and work life balance.

As part of our growing Multidisciplinary Care team, you will work alongside occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nursing, podiatry and therapy assistants.

The Role

Utilize your broad skill set to create and oversee reablement programmes for our clients. Assisting clients to achieve unique goals set by you, that will have them re‑engage within the community, will bring you immense job satisfaction.

Witnessing your clients return to their best lives will be the most rewarding experience for you as an Allied Health professional.

At Silverchain, we endeavour to have our team members working as close to home as possible. One role will cover our Peel to Rockingham regions.

Working Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm or 8.30am – 4.30pm. We will consider a 4 day week for the right applicant.

We’re looking for

• Relevant qualification in allied health profession with demonstrated experience in field of expertise.
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to use appropriate treatment and assessment methods.
• Well developed communication (verbal, written and listening) and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, carers, families and direct care employees.
• Demonstrated ability to provide education, support and coaching to direct care employees, clients and their carers.
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to effectively plan and prioritise work.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously together with a team focus to participate and contribute to business unit and organisational objectives.
• Problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills to determine and implement appropriate care plans.
• Demonstrated computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets and calendar management software to prepare correspondence and effective documentation.
• A demonstrated empathetic and flexible approach to co‑ordinate and schedule resources whilst responding to client needs.
• A demonstrated understanding of service provision, allocation and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Previous experience in a community or residential environment within the aged care industry.
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate is desirable
