Job summary

Uniting AgeWell Limited in Mornington is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to provide home and centre-based physiotherapy services under Support at Home funding. You will join a large Allied Health team with access to supervision and education opportunities for ongoing professional development.

The role requires an approved Physiotherapy degree, current AHPRA registration, and the ability to work autonomously on caseloads. Australian work rights and a valid driver’s licence are essential.

With a strong focus on enhancing customer wellbeing, as the qualified Physiotherapist you will be responsible for providing physiotherapy services for clients in their home or in the centre primarily through Support at Home funding.

Our Allied Health team is a large and supportive team with regular team meetings, clinical supervision and you will have support from our Practice Leads and admin team. This is a great opportunity to work independently but also as part of our multidisciplinary team.

This is a full time Monday to Friday role working in and around the Mornington area.

• Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through their Home Care Package (desirable)
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in older clientele
• The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
• Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance
• Have a registered car and current drivers license
