Job summary

BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care in Melbourne is seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to enhance independence and wellbeing for older Australians in the Eastern Suburbs. You will deliver assessments and interventions under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care to help clients stay safely at home.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Ability to assess and deliver individualised physiotherapy programs for aged care clients in a community setting.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
• Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

BaptistCare is one of Australia’s largest home care providers and a leader in service quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in the Eastern Suburbs - Box Hill, Glen Waverley, Ringwood and Hawthorn

You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will support older people to maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence, enabling them to continue living safely at home.

• Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated computer literacy
