Job summary

Amazon is seeking an AWS Incident Response Team Analyst within the Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC) to protect AWS infrastructure. You will respond to real-time security events, coordinate contracted guards, administer access control systems, and gather intelligence to keep people and assets safe.

You will build playbooks, monitor security systems, triage tickets, and communicate effectively with internal teams while upholding Amazon's customer-obsessed approach across shift work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Physical Security Operation Centre monitoring and response.
• Experience in physical security best practices and incident management.
• Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be eligible to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to physical security events in real time and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate contracted guard forces and manage access control systems.
• Triage trouble tickets and provide support to internal stakeholders.
• Develop operational documentation and playbooks for PSOC.
• Disseminate program-wide security notifications and maintain incident records.
