Amazon Corporate Services Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an Incident Response Team Analyst to join the Physical Security Operations Centre. You will respond to real-time physical security events, coordinate guards, manage access control systems, and gather intelligence to safeguard people, operations and infrastructure.

The role requires 3+ years in a PSOC environment and experience developing operational documentation, metrics and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in physical security best practices including application of physical security systems, investigation techniques, management of contract security guards and incident management.
• 3+ years experience in Physical Security Operation Centre monitoring and response.

Your Role

Imagine being the first line of defence for AWS infrastructure. As an AWS Incident Response Team (IRT) Analyst within the Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC), you’ll be the vigilant eyes and decisive mind protecting the physical backbone.

This isn’t passive monitoring - this is active, intelligent security operations where your judgment directly safeguards our assets. You’ll respond to physical security events in real time, coordinate contracted guard forces, administer access control systems, and gather intelligence that keeps our people, operations, and infrastructure safe.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in physical security best practices including application of physical security systems, investigation techniques, management of contract security guards and incident management
• 3+ years experience in Physical Security Operation Centre monitoring and response.
• Demonstrable experience in developing operational documentation as well as metrics and report generation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with physical security control and surveillance systems
• Certificate III in Security Operations or equivalent
