Job summary

Amazon Corporate Services Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an Incident Response Team Analyst to join the Physical Security Operations Centre. You will respond to real-time physical security events, coordinate guards, manage access control systems, and gather intelligence to safeguard people, operations and infrastructure.

The role requires 3+ years in a PSOC environment and experience developing operational documentation, metrics and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in physical security best practices including application of physical security systems, investigation techniques, management of contract security guards and incident management.
• 3+ years experience in Physical Security Operation Centre monitoring and response.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Physical access control administration.
• Monitor physical security systems.
• Monitor and coordinate a contracted guard force.
• Incident response — assess, elevate, and resolve physical security events.
• Intelligence gathering and distributing program-wide notifications.
