Job summary

Sharp and Carter on the Gold Coast is seeking a Physiotherapist to join its growing in-home aged care team. You will deliver high-quality, client-centred care in the community, helping older adults stay mobile and independent in their own homes.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, maintain accurate documentation, and build strong relationships with GPs and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 2 years of musculoskeletal or functional rehabilitation experience.
• Community-based physiotherapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Deliver hands‑on therapy, including manual techniques, exercise prescription and education
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Build strong relationships with referral partners, including GPs
• Contribute to service development, education initiatives and community engagement

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded provider of in-home aged care is seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join its growing multidisciplinary team on the Gold Coast. You'll make a meaningful impact by supporting older adults to live safely, independently and confidently in their own homes.

About the Role

You will deliver high-quality, client-focused care across the community, helping to improve mobility, independence and overall wellbeing. You'll work alongside a supportive team of allied health professionals, nurses and care partners to provide holistic, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Deliver hands‑on therapy, including manual techniques, exercise prescription and education

About You

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration

• Ability to work independently within community settings
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Current driver's licence
• Passion for aged care and supporting clients in the home environment
• Australian citizen or permanent resident status required
