Job summary

Sharp & Carter is partnering with a respected in-home aged care provider on the Gold Coast to recruit a Physiotherapist. You will deliver client-centred care across the community, improving mobility and independence for older adults in their homes.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, design tailored plans, and support clients to live safely at home. AHPRA registration and at least two years' musculoskeletal rehab experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in musculoskeletal and/or functional rehabilitation.
• Community-based physiotherapy experience preferred.
• Current driver's licence.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident status required.
• Ability to work independently within community settings.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, exercise prescription and education
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Build strong relationships with referral partners, including GPs
• Contribute to service development, education initiatives and community engagement

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded provider of in-home aged care is seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join its growing multidisciplinary team on the Gold Coast. You'll make a meaningful impact by supporting older adults to live safely, independently and confidently in their own homes.

About the Role
