Job summary

JAS Auto Electrical Parts, part of the Bapcor Group, is seeking a Phone Sales Officer at our Belmont, WA branch to help customers source products and solutions for their businesses. You will handle inbound enquiries, process orders, provide product information and quotes, and build strong relationships with trade and commercial customers.

Job Description

As a Phone Sales Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them source the right products and solutions to keep their businesses moving.

You'll work closely with branch colleagues, handling customer enquiries, processing orders, providing product advice and identifying opportunities to grow sales.

This is a fast-paced role where strong customer service and relationship-building skills are key to success.
