Job summary

The National Library of Australia is seeking an APS 5 Coordinator, Foundation and Friends in Canberra to provide administrative support for the Philanthropy section and for the National Library Foundation. You will help manage governance, communications and events, and strengthen relationships with supporters and the Friends.

This ongoing role sits in the Philanthropy Section of the Office of the Director-General, and requires collaboration, financial literacy and strong administrative capacity

Qualifications

• Qualifications or equivalent experience in business, arts, humanities, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the National Library's philanthropy team to help build our community of supporters.
• Manage the Library's partnership with the Friends of the National Library and provide financial and administrative support for the overall philanthropy program
• A diverse role that requires both administrative and relationship-building skills.
