Job summary

Mayes Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Product Specialist / Territory Manager to support Anthia Life Sciences as they establish and grow in Australian women’s health. This 24-month contract role is Sydney-based and focuses on building pharmacy relationships and executing a disciplined territory plan.

You will travel within your territory, manage CRM, and work with a supportive team to reach defined activity and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Recent success in a pharmacy facing sales role or healthcare sales with pharmacy engagement.
• Strong ability to engage with pharmacists, owners and staff.
• Proven territory planning and follow-up discipline.
• Comfortable travelling within territory to meet activity and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong pharmacy relationships with pharmacists, owners, managers and staff.
• Plan and execute territory strategy with discipline and follow through.
• Progress accounts in a compliant and sustainable way.
• Drive clear outcomes and results within territory.
• Travel within territory, including regional and interstate travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM use and territory discipline including planning and follow up.
• Work to clear activity and sales goals with a performance mindset.
