Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions.

• Willingness to complete formal pharmacy assistant training or registration as required by NSW regulators.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organise pharmacy stock, including receiving, checking and shelving medications.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients and the public.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments accurately.
• Answer telephone enquiries and direct customers appropriately.
• Support team with front-of-shop displays and merchandising.
