Job summary

National Pharmacies in Sydney is seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant for our Kellyville store. You will bring energy, care and great service to customers on the shop floor and over the phone.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock, assisting with merchandising, processing POS transactions, and following S2/S3 protocols with pharmacists. A positive, team-first attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• S2 and S3 pharmacy assistant qualifications are essential.
• Unlimited work and study rights are required to apply.
• Availability including Wednesday to Sunday shifts as stated
• Pharmacy or retail experience is a bonus; relevant certificates preferred.
• Strong communication on floor and on the phone; team player.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face that makes every customer's visit better.
• Help grow our member community and hit engagement targets.
• Keep the retail floor stocked, tidy and ready to impress.
• Spot opportunities to boost sales through great advice and merchandising.
• Follow S2/S3 medicine protocols and refer to the pharmacist when needed.
• Set up eye-catching promotions and campaigns.
• Handle POS transactions with accuracy and confidence.
• Bring positive energy and pitch in as part of a close-knit team.
