Job summary

Priceline Pharmacy Green Valley in NSW is seeking a dedicated part-time Pharmacy Supervisor to lead daily operations, stock management and customer service with a focus on patient care.

You will mentor and support pharmacy staff, ensure compliance with TGA regulations, Privacy Act and WHS standards, and help implement policies to maintain high standards of service in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community pharmacy with supervisory or leadership role.
• Knowledge of Health & Beauty (Skincare).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Clear communication with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and POS software (FRED OFFICE).
• Understanding of TGA regulations, Privacy Act and pharmacy standards.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and high-quality service.

Priceline Pharmacy Green Valley is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis. Based in Green Valley, NSW, this role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and support our pharmacy operations whilst maintaining the highest standards of patient care and service delivery. As Pharmacy Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our pharmacy operates efficiently, safely and in full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating daily pharmacy operations, including stock management, overseeing staff, customer service, providing customers with product knowledge, admin tasks.

Click & Collect

Training, mentoring and supporting pharmacy staff to ensure they maintain high standards of professionalism and service

Managing inventory control, including ordering, receiving.

Ensuring compliance with Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulations, privacy laws and workplace health and safety standards

Assisting with the implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures

Contributing to a positive team environment and delivering excellent customer service at all times

What we're looking for

Proven experience working in a community pharmacy environment, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Knowledge of Health & Beauty (Skincare)

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with both customers and healthcare professionals

Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and point-of-sale software (FRED OFFICE)

Sound understanding of TGA regulations, Privacy Act requirements and pharmacy practice standards

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team whilst also working independently

Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining patient confidentiality
