Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a store leader for our Old Reynella pharmacy to own retail performance and guide a small team. You will shape the team, drive sales, and enjoy a clear pathway into larger pharmacy sites within our growing network.

Salary around AU$80,000 plus superannuation, pro rata for part-time, with a performance bonus linked to KPIs and fully funded Certificate III or IV industry training.

Qualifications

• Retail or supermarket management experience is essential.
• Community pharmacy experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and business analysis abilities.
• Hands-on use of KPIs to drive results.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of WHS and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service daily.
• Drive sales, meet targets and KPIs.
• Coach, develop and review team members.
• Manage inventory and stock control using FRED systems.
• Handle retail administration including rosters and banking.
• Own category management and visual merchandising.
