Job summary

National Pharmacies is seeking a passionate Service/Retail Manager to lead our Norwood Pharmacy team and bring our purpose – Caring for People, Enabling Health and Inspiring Wellness – to life daily.

Your mission is to lead a team of dedicated OTC consultants, manage the roster, support development and ensure the store is well-presented and stocked, so both staff and customers thrive.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading retail teams and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Experience managing rosters and shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in health, wellness and beauty products and advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of OTC consultants to deliver outstanding service and advice.
• Responsible for roster planning, staff development and store presentation.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and the store visually appealing.

Your Mission is to lead a team of dedicated OTC consultants to deliver consistently outstanding service and advice on health and beauty. You'll manage the roster, support and develop your team, and make sure your store is beautifully presented and well-stocked – because when your team thrives, your customers feel it.

The Details: This role runs on a rotating roster of approximately 38 hours per week (Week 1: Monday–Friday, Week 2: Tuesday–Saturday), with shared weekend commitments – so weekend availability is essential.
