Job summary

Star Discount Chemist Marion is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our team and deliver high-quality pharmacist services at our Marion store. This full-time role requires flexibility to work every second Saturday and drive engagement with the local community.

You will mentor pharmacists, technicians and staff, oversee daily operations, manage budgets and stock, and ensure compliance with QCPP standards while delivering excellent patient care and clinical support.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Proven experience in pharmacy management or leadership.
• Vaccination accreditation and Working with Children checks (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of pharmacists, technicians and retail staff.
• Drive professional services, community engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, stock control and store performance to achieve KPIs.
• Ensure full compliance with QCPP and 8CPA professional service standards.
• Provide high-quality patient care through dispensing and clinical advice.
