Job summary

Star Discount Chemist Marion is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our team and deliver high-quality pharmacist services at our Marion store. This full-time role requires flexibility to work every second Saturday and drive engagement with the local community.

You will mentor pharmacists, technicians and staff, oversee daily operations, manage budgets and stock, and ensure compliance with QCPP standards while delivering excellent patient care and clinical support.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Proven experience in pharmacy management or leadership.
• Vaccination accreditation and Working with Children checks (or willingness to obtain).

About the Role

As Pharmacy Manager at Star Discount Chemist, you’ll lead a dedicated team and oversee daily pharmacy operations. This full-time role requires flexibility to work every second Saturday.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and mentoring a team of pharmacists, technicians, and retail staff.

About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.

Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
