Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our Mitchelton store, a large-format, high-demand pharmacy. You will guide a 30+ strong team and own day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring clinical excellence and customer care.

You will coach pharmacists, drive dispensing efficiency, uphold compliance and professional standards, and partner with the leadership team to meet business goals while delivering outstanding service to the local

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent.
• AHPRA registration is required.
• Experience managing a large team in a busy pharmacy.
• Strong operational and commercial understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
