Galderma in North Sydney is seeking a Pharmacy Education Manager to advance the ANZ Consumer healthcare professional strategy, cultivating advocacy and education for dermatology products among pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and dermatologists.

The role covers developing detailing and training materials, digital marketing initiatives, and cross‑unit collaboration, with a hybrid office schedule (4 days in, 1 day WFH) and opportunities for professional growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Science; Pharmacy degree preferred.
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (optional).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in science-based marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

To do this, you will cultivate advocacy, promote engagement & shape recommendations within the consumer portfolio with all healthcare professionals (HCP’s), including Dermatologists, Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants, as well as key opinion leaders (KOLs). This is also an opportunity to work across business units for key events to execute Galderma’s Integrated Dermatology Strategy by developing & executing comprehensive scientific information, training and education to HCP’s to support the Galderma consumer product range. Occasional interstate travel will be required as part of this role.
