Job summary

The Glen Hotel Pty in ACT is seeking a friendly Dispensary Assistant to support our dispensary team in a fast-paced, community-focused pharmacy. You will help with stock management, orders, and keeping the dispensary organised to ensure smooth daily operations.

This role offers Monday to Friday hours (9:30am to 5:30pm), on-the-job training, a supportive team, and opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the role over time.

Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy, retail or stock management experience is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist dispensary staff with day-to-day tasks to keep the shop running smoothly.
• Manage stock: unpack deliveries, rotate stock, place orders, check expiry.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure correct storage of products.
• Keep the dispensary clean, tidy and well organised.
• Support general admin tasks and pharmacy workflows.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to support daily operations.
• Follow procedures and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
