Job summary

Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse in Wodonga is seeking a Dispensary Technician or an Experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join a friendly, growing team. This full-time role offers immediate start, training and clear opportunities for career progression.

You will assist pharmacists in dispensing, handle front and back counter tasks, and contribute to stock management while delivering excellent customer service to our valued customers.

Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy experience is essential.
• S2/S3 or Certificate III in Community Pharmacy is highly regarded.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacists in dispensing prescription and S3 medicines.
• Assist with front of shop as well as the back counter.
• Generate dispensary orders in consultation with the pharmacist.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently processing sales.
• Oversee stock control and inventory management processes.
• Ensure compliance with invoicing, ordering, and stockfile integrity procedures.
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve store goals.
• Manage expectations of our valuable customers.
