Icon Oncology Group’s Slade Pharmacy in North Sydney is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join the team. This on-site role centers on customer service and retail operations, with no healthcare experience required initially.

Comprehensive training will be provided to help you grow within a healthcare setting. You’ll support pharmacists, manage transactions, handle stock, and assist with daily pharmacy activities to enhance patient care and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Australian working rights, valid for at least 12 months.
• Experience in a customer-facing retail, hospitality or service environment.
• Availability and commitment to work permanent full-time hours on an ongoing basis.
• Demonstrated stability through consistent employment history.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and support pharmacy operations under the guidance of pharmacists.
• Process transactions at the point of sale and handle prescriptions where applicable.
• Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving and shelving medications.
• Provide basic health information and respond to customer queries within your scope.
• Support day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
