Job summary

Bendigo UFS Pharmacies is seeking customer‑focused individuals to join our Bendigo team as Pharmacy Assistants. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring customers feel welcome and attended to in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.

Both full‑time and part‑time roles are available with full training provided. We value a team‑oriented, respectful and trustworthy approach, with prior pharmacy experience preferred and S2S3 training a bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy experience highly regarded.
• S2S3 training preferred, but not essential.
• A commitment to ongoing training and development.
• A team player.
• Friendly, professional and well presented.

Responsibilities

• Pharmacy Assistants are the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they feel welcome and have their needs attended to in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with health care needs and provide information on over‑the‑counter products as required.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment within Bendigo UFS Pharmacy.

To be successful in this role you will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their health care needs. You will either have an extensive knowledge of over-the-counter products, or be willing to learn. You will also have a positive, friendly and team orientated approach to your work, and live up to the values of our organisation by being respectful, caring and trustworthy.
