Job summary

Wholelife Pharmacy - Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast is seeking a casual Pharmacy Assistant with a flair for beauty and fragrances. You’ll deliver warm customer service and help customers find cosmetics, fragrances and skincare while keeping the shelves organized.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Beauty/Fragrances and a strong customer service mindset. Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is essential, with additional shifts as needed to support a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics and Fragrances.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• S2S3 certificate highly regarded.
• Can-do attitude and willingness to jump in.
• Experience in retail or pharmacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the pharmacy with warm customer service.
• Teamwork with Management to keep things running smoothly.
• Assist with merchandising and keep shelves stocked.

We currently have a casual opportunity for a Pharmacy Assistant based at Wholelife Pharmacy - Pacific Fair. The successful person will be someone who is experienced in fragrances and cosmetics, helping people and thrive on fast paced retail environment.

Successful applicant will be available to work Fridays and Saturdays mainly and other shifts when needed.

• Be the face of the pharmacy! Deliver warm, friendly customer service that keeps people coming back.
• Teamwork makes the dream work – you’ll work alongside our Managing Partners and Retail Manager to keep things humming.
• Show off your retail flair by keeping the store looking sharp and shelves fully stocked.
• Never stop learning – take on new challenges and build your skills daily.
• Merchandising & catalogue execution - help to complete planograms & execute monthly catalogue promotions.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Have experience in Beauty Cosmetics and Fragrances
• A natural talent for amazing customer service – you make everyone feel welcome!
• S2S3 certificate is highly regarded
• A can-do attitude and willingness to jump in and get things done
• Experience in retail or pharmacy is a big plus
