Job summary

National Pharmacies is seeking a Casual Pharmacy Assistant for our West Lakes store. You will greet customers, help grow our member community, and keep the floor stocked and welcoming. You will promote health and wellbeing products, assist with merchandising, and handle POS transactions with accuracy.

Flexibility to work weekends and afternoons is essential. Experience in pharmacy or retail is a bonus, and a Certificate II/III in Community Pharmacy is preferred.

YOUR MISSION IS TO:

Be the friendly face that makes every customer's visit better

Help grow our member community and hit engagement targets

Keep the retail floor running smoothly — stocked, tidy and ready to impress

Spot opportunities to boost sales through great advice and merchandising

Follow S2/S3 medicine protocols and refer to the pharmacist when needed

Set up eye-catching promotions and campaigns

Handle POS transactions with accuracy and confidence

Bring positive energy and pitch in as part of a close-knit team

WHAT YOU BRING

Availability - Flexibility to work casual shifts, including weekends and afternoons

Experience - Pharmacy or retail experience is a bonus, not a must. Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy? Even better!

Skills & Attitude - Great communication skills, on the floor and on the phone. A knack for multitasking when things get busy and a genuine passion for health, wellbeing

Positive, can-do, team-first attitude with fabulous customer service
