Direct Chemist Outlet Emerald is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant & Dispensary Technician on a part-time casual basis in Emerald, QLD. The role focuses on customer care, product recommendations, and maintaining a welcoming store environment while supporting pharmacy and retail operations.

You will work with a friendly team in a busy pharmacy setting, bringing strong communication and computer skills, and a positive, can-do attitude. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy experience advantageous.
• Experience with POS systems advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Customer-focused and friendly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping customers with product advice & friendly service
• Assisting with general retail sales and product recommendations

• Keeping the store bright, clean, and welcoming
• Maintaining records and ensuring workflow accuracy
• Delivering professional and respectful customer service
• Supporting the team with professional services and daily operations
