Job summary

Pharmacist – Professional Support Adviser with PSA is a part-time role based in Sydney or Canberra. You will support PSA members with expert professional practice advice, ethics, and regulatory questions while promoting PSA services.

You will collaborate with Member Services, Training, Policy, and Product teams to ensure high-quality member support and timely responses to inquiries and escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist registered with AHPRA and current practice experience.
• Strong understanding of professional practice and ethics.
• Excellent customer service orientation and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert professional practice advice to PSA members and customers.
• Promote PSA products and services and triage inquiries to internal teams.
• Identify emerging professional issues and escalate for education and policy work.
• Contribute to development of guidance documents and practice resources.
