WTS Recruitment is seeking a Pharmacist Manager for a busy community pharmacy in Logan, Queensland, just south of Brisbane. The role offers a consistent Monday to Friday roster from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with optional weekend shifts and no late nights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
• Experience in Pharmacist Manager or Pharmacist in Charge.
• Proven experience independently preparing and managing staff rosters.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise a pharmacy team.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing stock and pharmacy operations.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to staffing and operations.
• Patient-centred mindset and commitment to safe, high-quality healthcare.
• Ability to take ownership of daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations.
• Prepare and manage staff rosters.
• Coordinate staff availability and shift changes.
• Lead, supervise and support pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and dispensary staff.
• Oversee prescription dispensing, clinical checks and patient counselling.
• Deliver and support community pharmacy services including vaccinations.
• Manage stock control, ordering and supplier relationships.
• Monitor workflow and staffing requirements.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and comply with regulations.
