EPHealthcare in Brisbane is seeking a Pharmacist Manager to lead the dispensary operations of a busy community pharmacy. This role blends clinical expertise with leadership, coaching, and business management responsibilities to drive professional services and patient outcomes.

You will oversee the dispensary team, ensure compliant dispensing, and lead initiatives such as vaccinations and health programs while maintaining high standards of patient care and staff development.

Formación

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Previous pharmacy leadership or management experience.
• Strong people leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for patient care and community health outcomes.
