Job summary

Aspect Health is seeking an organised, proactive Stock Controller to join our growing team in Queensland. You will manage stock levels across pharmacies and a central packing hub, coordinating purchasing, receiving and stocktakes to ensure availability for operations.

You will work with pharmacy systems, supplier liaison and continuous improvement initiatives, delivering accurate records and timely reporting while supporting retail and customer care across sites.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in stock control, storeperson or similar inventory role.
• Pharmacy/healthcare experience is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organisation, planning and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with inventory/warehouse management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly bulk orders across sites.
• Receive, check and record incoming goods.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular stocktakes.
• Assist with pricing and supplier liaison.
• Support purchasing decisions and inventory improvement initiatives.
• Provide reports and documentation to management.
