Job summary

Evolve Scientific in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs is seeking motivated Manufacturing Operators and Packing Operators to join our GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing team on an ongoing contract basis.

You will operate blending, filling and packaging equipment, weigh raw materials, complete batch records and ensure strict quality and safety standards are maintained. Afternoon shift 3pm–11pm with ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Manufacturing Operator, Packing Operator, Machine Operator, Blending Operator or Team Leader within the Pharmaceutical, Food, FMCG or related manufacturing industry.
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic; good communication and teamwork abilities; commitment to workplace safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operating manufacturing, blending, filling and/or packaging equipment
• Dispensing and weighing raw materials in accordance with batch documentation
• Operating, monitoring and adjusting automated and semi-automated production machinery
• Packing, labeling and conducting in-process quality inspections
• Completing batch records, production documentation and quality paperwork
• Following GMP, SOPs and company quality standards
• Performing equipment cleaning, sanitisation and line clearances
• Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and escalating maintenance concerns where required
• Maintaining a safe, clean and hygienic production environment
• Assisting with material handling and stock movements as required

• Afternoon shift - 3pm to 11pm
• Ongoing contract opportunities
• Based in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs
• Work within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on your experience and the needs of the business, duties may include:

• Operating manufacturing, blending, filling and/or packaging equipment
