Job summary

Petraveller is seeking a confident Pet Concierge to join our Ground Operations team in Sydney. The role is casual, approximately 18 hours per week across Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You will meet clients, safely handle pets, and coordinate with veterinary, government, pet hotel and airline partners.

Responsibilities include preparing pets for departure, handling travel documents, and lodging pets at the airport. A hands-on, fast-paced role with training on start day.

Qualifications

• Professional animal-handling experience is essential.
• Current unrestricted driver licence with clean driving history.
• Ability to work autonomously while following schedules and procedures.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Calm, caring approach with clients and pets.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling pets in accordance with Petraveller procedures.
• Collecting pets from customers’ homes across metropolitan Sydney.
• Transporting pets to veterinary and government appointments.
• Checking pets in and out of our pet hotel.
• Preparing pets and travel crates for international travel.
