Royal Canin Australia is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager for the Pet Specialty Retail channel in Melbourne. The role focuses on translating insights into actionable plans, developing annual marketing programs, and driving omnichannel activations to grow retailer partnerships and category performance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Brand, Media, Finance and Category teams to ensure campaigns deliver ROI and align with Royal Canin's growth ambitions across ANZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 3–5 years' experience in Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Customer Development or related commercial function.
• Strong ability to turn insights into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Experience working within FMCG, consumer goods or retail environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management, presentation and communication capabilities.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Experience within the pet care or veterinary industry will be highly regarded

Responsabilités

• Lead customer marketing strategy and activation plans for key Pet Specialty Retail customers.
• Translate customer, shopper and category insights into joint business growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute annual customer marketing plans, campaigns, promotions and retailer activations.
• Adapt brand and portfolio strategies into customer-specific programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Drive omnichannel activations across in-store, digital shelf, retail media, loyalty and other retailer touchpoints.
• Partner with retailers to enhance digital commerce performance through Perfect Digital Store principles, improving traffic, conversion and basket growth.
• Manage customer marketing investment and A&CP budgets, ensuring strong ROI and effectiveness tracking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailer marketing teams and key stakeholders.
• Support retailer conferences, customer engagement initiatives and brand immersion experiences.
• Champion customer and shopper needs internally to ensure alignment across business priorities
