Mars Incorporated's Royal Canin division in Melbourne is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager for Pet Specialty Retail. The role develops shopper, customer and category insights to drive growth and strengthen retailer partnerships across omnichannel experiences.

You will lead the development and execution of customer marketing plans, translate insights into joint growth opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Brand, Media, Finance and Category teams to deliver measurable outcomes in a complex

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
3-5 years' experience in Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing or related commercial function.
Ability to translate insights into actionable commercial recommendations.
Experience in FMCG, consumer goods or retail environments.

Responsibilities

Lead customer marketing strategy and activation plans for key Pet Specialty Retail customers.
Translate customer, shopper and category insights into joint business growth opportunities.
Develop and execute annual customer marketing plans, campaigns and retailer activations.
Adapt brand and portfolio strategies into customer-specific programs with measurable outcomes.
Drive omnichannel activations across in-store, digital shelf, retail media, loyalty and other retailer touchpoints.
Manage customer marketing investment and budgets, ensuring strong ROI and tracking.
